Mr. Payam Shoghi’s workshop on “Cooperative Learning” besides being an eye-opener, was a highly ‘scientific’ one. When I say that it was ‘scientific’ in nature I mean that it was NOT an abstract theory which one registers but when an effort is made to it into practice one faces stumbling blocks which one does not know how to overcome. “It all seemed easy then”, one is left wondering, “why is it not working now!”
Mr. Shoghi’s workshop instead offered simple and workable guidelines to effective cooperative learning, some of which have already been put into practice in our school and have shown instant results. It was, therefore, a workshop which enthused the teachers to try out the methods, immediately.
Mr. Shoghi’s approach is very professional. Every delivery came from his heart and he displayed traits of a passionate educator.
