Mr. Shoghi has a pleasant and versatile personality. He relates ideas to day to day life by giving thought providing real life instances. He is able to retain the interest of the audience for long periods of time. Though highly qualified, he is extremely humble and has a positive approach to individual opinions.
The staff of New Era High School have benefited greatly from his workshops. His vision has brought the staff together into a cohesive group moving toward a common goal. He has motivated the staff to try innovative methods and strategies. He has successfully awakened the sensitivity in each participant leading to a conscientious approach towards their roles and responsibilities.
