Job Title: Freelance Trainer

To expand our outreach and impact, we are inviting passionate and capable individuals to join us as Freelance Trainers.

Role Summary

As a Freelance Trainer with AMHARTA Educare, you will be responsible for contacting schools in your own area, promote AMHARTA’s programs, and when confirmed, facilitating training sessions for school teachers based on our training modules. You will be equipped with the required resources and guided by our core team to ensure quality and alignment with our values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact schools in your region to promote AMHARTA’s offerings and build local partnerships.
  • Conduct teacher training workshops and orientation programs—in-person and on-site—based on AMHARTA’s modules, once a school expresses interest.
  • Report observations and insights from sessions to AMHARTA to help enhance program delivery and school engagement.
  • Participate in periodic training, review, and planning meetings with the AMHARTA team.

Required Qualifications and Competencies

  • Passion for educational change and social impact.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to engage with diverse school environments.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with AMHARTA’s values and protocols.
  • Access to a personal laptop and proficiency in using IT tools (e.g., LCD projector, PowerPoint, etc.).

Preferred Background

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • Teaching experience in schools or prior experience in teacher training or educational facilitation.
  • Familiarity with NEP 2020 and NCF frameworks would be an advantage (training will be provided).

Remuneration

This is a freelance, income-sharing opportunity. Trainers will be compensated based on the number and type of sessions conducted, with scope for growth and expanded responsibilities over time. The more schools you contact and offer trainings, the more you stand to earn.
