Mr. Payam Shoghi conducted a workshop for teachers of our school on ‘Employee Motivation’. He is highly focused in his training sessions contributing to the success of the workshop.
The staff of our school have benefited highly from this workshop, which was very interactive and participatory. He helped the teachers align their personal goals and aspirations in life with their professional work as educators, thereby finding avenues for self-motivation. Needless to say, a motivated teacher is a successful and effective teacher.
